Service scope
Infrawise provides software for construction operations, including site, material, procurement, equipment, workforce, expense, approval, and reporting workflows. Available functions may vary by rollout, configuration, and workspace.
Accounts and authorised use
Customers are responsible for authorised users, accurate registration information, secure credentials, and activity performed through their workspace. Access must not be shared with unauthorised parties.
Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for the business data entered into Infrawise and must ensure they have the right to store and process it. Infrawise uses customer data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to break laws, compromise security, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, probe systems without permission, or process information without lawful authority.
Availability and changes
We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve to improve security, reliability, usability, or operational coverage. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Liability and responsibility
Operational decisions remain the customer’s responsibility. Infrawise supports visibility and workflow control but does not replace professional engineering, financial, legal, safety, or compliance judgement.
