How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, provision tenant workspaces, support users, improve platform reliability, communicate about requested services, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Tenant data separation
Infrawise is designed around tenant-isolated workspaces. Each organisation controls its users and business records. Access is limited through authentication, permissions, and tenant-aware application boundaries.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, email, monitoring, and other service providers required to operate Infrawise. Providers receive only the access needed to perform their contracted function.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while required to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit history. Workspace deletion and retention requests are reviewed against operational, contractual, and legal requirements.
